Grandir Solutions is a full-service digital marketing agency with a focus on SEO and organic traffic. Founded in 2022, our clientele is composed of local service based businesses. Our main service offerings include: Local SEO (GMB), Social Media Management, and Web Design.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our clients’ presence on Instagram and Facebook.
Create engaging, high-quality content, including posts, stories, and reels.
Schedule and manage content through Meta Business Suite.
Collaborate with account managers to align social strategies with client goals.
Occasionally interact with clients to refine content strategies.
Analyze and report on content performance to optimize for growth and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Entry to mid-level, with a strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and reels.
Skills: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, content creation tools, and an eye for visually compelling design.
Industry Knowledge: Knows how to grow social accounts and keeps up with industry trends. Experience in the home services industry is a plus.
Qualities: A creative thinker, a detail-oriented executor, and a proactive collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Details
Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week in our office in Madison.
Compensation: $52,000/year, with growth opportunities after the first year.
Position Type: Full-time (consideration for part-time to full-time transition).
