Summer 2025 Sales Internship (Remote)

Contract duration: May 20th - August 16th (13 weeks)

With Grandir Solutions, you will get hands-on experience with full cycle technical and consultative selling. As a sales intern you will engage with prospective customers by phone, articulating the Grandir value proposition to generate interest and enthusiasm for our service. The objective of the call is to set virtual meetings/consultations, where you will align Grandir’s digital marketing solutions to the customers needs, facilitating new business for Grandir, and driving revenue for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Learn Grandir’s sales process

  • Prospecting & pipeline management - research and understanding of target customers and their market positions

  • Execute outbound outreach - cold call & email to set meetings/consultations

  • Conduct consultations/meetings - learn how to identify pain points & areas of opportunity to understand and leverage key value propositions to establish value, and close deals!

  • Learn & leverage pricing & cost analysis to achieve a competitive advantage in contract negotiations - fostering a Win/Win for Grandir and our customers

  • A proven recipe (scripts & materials) for success; we will show you how to prospect, engage, & secure client meetings

  • Opportunity to stay on with Grandir part-time or full-time upon internship completion (contingent on performance)

Compensation & Earnings Potential

  • A lucrative and 100% performance-based compensation structure. Our average intern earns 6-12k in summer earnings ($2500 - $5000/month) *note this is an average and will entirely depend on your performance - ability, desire, grit, and resilience.) Top performers can make $5000+ per month

  • Several incentive opportunities, including an all-expense paid vacation. We had a blast at the team offsite in Scottsdale this past January!

  • Commission & compensation is based on deals/contracts closed + weekly and monthly cash bonus incentives

  • Compensation is paid bi-weekly

*Note this is a 1099 contract opportunity (we do not offer a 401k or benefits)*

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be currently studying in a Bachelor’s or Master's program and returning to school after completion of the internship

  • Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic team setting yet be self-motivated and a self-starter (we’re fully remote!)

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Highly organized

  • Have experience with cold calling and prospecting (nice to have but we can teach you this!)
