Grandir’s vision falls far beyond our daily duties as a marketing agency. We are extremely strong believers that the blessings within our lives should be shared with those around us. Our identity consists of engaging in volunteer opportunities, committing charitable acts, and giving back to our communities. Surplus Value

Simply put, surplus value is to overdeliver on what is expected. In business, it’s easy for transactions to become exactly that—transactional. However, the same Marxian economics concept of “surplus value” can be applied to how we approach our work, our relationships, and our lives. Think of this as a reframe of the question, “What’s in it for me?” to “What’s in me for it?”
